The Sacred Relationship Retreat

Some couples arrive because something between them has frayed, they have felt a lack of connection or intimacy in their relationship. Others arrive because they just want to add on to their relationship, intentionally take time to bond and connect more intimately. Both are welcome, and both leave changed.

This is four nights in the mountains of Colombia, held by a team of experienced facilitators who believe that love is a practice worth tending carefully. The land itself is part of the medicine. The jungle, the mountains, and the land itself create an environment to help you slow you down in ways that city life simply doesn’t allow.

You’ll move through couples meditations, healing workshops, conscious conversations, breathwork, devotional ceremonies, and intentional plant medicines. These plant medicines will be micro-dosed and all held within a trauma-informed container where safety, consent, and integration are never afterthoughts. The facilitators bring years of experience to every session.
